Amelia Ann Nicklin was the fourth child of Samuel Nicklin and Sidonia Greenfield. She was born in the White Hart Public House on Walsall Street in West Bromwich in 1889.
Sadly, Sam Nicklin died shortly after Amelia's birth. Sidonia remarried, to an Albert Cook and the family moved to Wolverhampton.
Amelia married George Henry Tame (my Paternal Grandfather) in 1915.
Between 1920 and 1923 they had four children, George Albert, Charles, Albert Edward and Ken. Albert E and Ken were twins. More information about Amelia is to be found on George Henry Tame's page
